Specially designed manipulators for conducting electrochemical experiments in pressures up to 25 mbar. Manipulators have exchangeable vacuum parts with receiving stations, depending on the experiment, e.g. 3-axes manipulator for the ultrasonic jet with an LN2 catcher; for electrodes with a glass beaker.
